Israeli Border Police Arrested for Alleged Abuse of Palestinians

"Israeli judicial officials say five border policemen have been arrested for allegedly abusing two Palestinians at a checkpoint near Jerusalem.

The officials say the incident happened about two weeks ago.

Officials say according to the complaint, the policemen took the two men to an abandoned building at gunpoint. Then, one of the policemen allegedly urinated in a bucket and threw it at the face of one of the Palestinians.

The complaint also accuses the policemen of putting out cigarettes on the hand of the other man and forcing both men to jump from the second floor of the building before releasing them."
